OpenVPN is a free and open source software application that implements virtual private network (VPN) solutions for creating secure point-to-point or site-to-site connections. OpenVPN allows users to quickly and seamlessly access websites through a proxy-like environment and can be helpful when accessing certain files behind a public network or a network that doesn't allow certain files to pass through.
