If you do not download from Cheggit, this doesn't pertain to you. Due to a recent update with the tracker cheggit, only specific Q servers will work with the tracker. If you are on a standard, premium or Q plan that isn't letting you download from this tracker, please open a ticket and we will get this situated.

For the last couple of weeks there has been a large increase in the amount of notices coming through ISP asking us to remove certain copyrighted files that were accessed via public trackers. Although we don't prohibit use of public trackers, we do recommend you find a private tracker for our safety and your continuance of service. If you do not have an account at a private tracker, contact support@seedm8.com and we set you up with an invite. Thanks for understanding.

Some of you may have noticed in the last couple weeks that the site has been up and down along with server access. This is due to a faulty DNS server that we are getting rid of. The move will start around 8 PM EST on September 22nd and should end around 8 PM EST on September 23rd. If you need any support during the move please CC seedm8@gmail.com to any emails sent to support to assure that we recieve it. Last week, some of you noticed that PayPal was having problems communicating back with our servers to mark your payments paid. We are asking all customers that paid invoices last week to make sure that your invoices were marked paid on your account. If you see a problem, send a support ticket to support@seedm8.com with the transaction ID and invoice number and we will handle the changes. If invoice go unpaid, your account will be deleted. Our datacenter will be upgrading one of their core routers today 27th of August 2008 around 23:00 - 02:00 CDT. We do not expect any downtime or major issues however we still want to keep all clients informed. This should aleve the latest speed issues that some of you are facing.
