If you install a FTP client like FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/), you can access your FTP server (that was provided in your welcome email) and delete, download, edit files directly from the following directory: ~/private/rtorrent/data/* (for rutorrent installations).

The data folder will contain all your files that you access via HTTP. With the FTP client, you can also download your files via FTP instead of HTTP.
