GBiT Service Offline?

If you find that all your services are offline but you can still view the server status on the server's root page (servername.seedm8.com), you may have been suspended due to bandwidth overages.

Due to the contracts we have on the GBiT servers, we ask that our customers respect their bandwidth allowances each month. If no services on your account are accessible, please view your seedbox information within the billing system. If your bandwidth is over the allotted amount, there is a good chance it has been suspended until next months payment.

Extra bandwidth can be added to the server. Please contact support@seedm8.com for more information regarding this.
